Toronto Playgrounds Baseball Association Celebrate Jays Care Field of Dreams Funding Announcement for the Revitalization of Christie Pits Diamond 2

PLAYERS, COACHES, PARENTS, FAMILY MEMBERS AND OFFICIALS FROM THE TPBA COMMUNITY GATHERED TOGETHER AT THE DOC ELLIS SPORTS BAR FOR A GRAND OLE PARTY TO COMMEMORATE THE GENEROUS $90,000 JAYS CARE FUNDING ANNOUNCEMENT  THAT WILL ALLOW THE TPBA AND THE CITY OF TORONTO TO REMEDY DIAMOND 2’s WATER POOLING AND DRAINING ISSUES. IN ADDITION, THE FUNDING WILL ALSO ALLOW FOR THE REINVIGORATION OF THE FIELD WITH THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW BACKSTOP AND DUGOUTS.
