Growing the Game for Girls!

What an exciting start to the season! As we head into spring, we’re proud to see incredible momentum building across our community, especially within our girls baseball programming.

This year, more girls than ever are stepping onto the field, many for the very first time. Through our indoor sessions and upcoming Girls Outdoor Academy, we’re creating a space where girls can build confidence, develop skills, and most importantly—feel like they belong in the game.

Across sport, girls continue to face barriers to participation—but at TP, we’re committed to changing that. By investing in dedicated programming, strong mentorship, and inclusive coaching, we’re working to ensure every girl has the opportunity to play, grow, and thrive.

We’ve already welcomed a number of new athletes into the TP community through our girls programming, and we’re just getting started. The energy, excitement, and support around this initiative has been incredible to see.
