Toronto Playgrounds Baseball is excited to offer three fantastic Fall Baseball Academy programs to help young players develop their skills.
Each program features weekly indoor skills and drills sessions led by experienced TP Baseball instructors. Players will work on hitting, throwing, catching, and other key baseball fundamentals in a fun and supportive environment.
2025 TP Fall Baseball Academy
The 2025 TP Fall Baseball Academy features ninety-minute weekly indoor skills and drills classes taking place in a TDSB gym. Each week’s class will focus on specific baseball skills and activities, and will be led by trained TP Instructors/Field Supervisors.
This is a great way for participants to enjoy even more baseball while enhancing their skills and building increased self-confidence in their baseball abilities.
There is a class for ages 7 to 9 years and a class for ages 10 to 13 years.
📍 Location: Givins-Shaw Public School double gym - 49 Givins Street – 1 block east of Ossington Ave., 3 blocks south of Dundas Street/2 blocks north of Queen Street. Just west of Trinity Bellwoods Park.
📅 Schedule:
- Monday Sessions: November 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, December 1st, and 8th
- Thursday Sessions: November 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, December 4th and 11th
⏰ Times:
- 6:15 – 7:45 p.m. (Ages 7-9)
- 7:45 – 9:15 p.m. (Ages 10-12)
📄 Format: 6 weeks of 90-minute classes
💲 Fee: $160.00 for the full session

2025 TP Fall Girls Baseball Academy
TP Baseball is excited to announce the 2025 Fall Girls Baseball Academy, our all-girls indoor session of weekly skills and drills classes!
The 2025 Fall Girls Baseball Academy will feature ninety-minute weekly classes taking place in a TDSB gym. Each week’s class will focus on specific baseball skills and activities, and will be led by trained female TP Instructors/Field Supervisors.
This is a great way for interested girls to enjoy some “off-season” baseball while enhancing their skills and building increased self-confidence in their baseball abilities.
The classes in this Girls Baseball Academy will be for players from ages 7 to 13.
📍 Location: Essex Jr. and Sr. Public School gym – 50 Essex Street – just west of Christie Street and two blocks north of Christie Pits Park
📅 Schedule: Friday November 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, December 5th and 12th
⏰ Time: 6:15 – 7:45 p.m.
📄 Format: 6 weeks of 90-minute classes
💲 Fee: $160.00 for the full session

2025 TP Fall Tee Ball Academy
The 2025 TP Fall Tee Ball Academy features forty-five minute weekly indoor skills and drills classes in a gym.
Each week’s class will be led by trained TP Instructors/Field Supervisors.
During class each week the participants will work on the fundamentals of throwing, catching, and hitting, through a series of different drills and activities designed to give them the opportunity to improve all of their baseball skills.
This is a great way for participants to enjoy some “off-season” baseball while enhancing their skills and building increased self-confidence in their baseball abilities!
There are four classes available…two for ages 4 and 5 years and two for ages 6 and 7 years.
📍 Location: Harbord Collegiate Institute basement gym – 286 Harbord Street
📅 Schedule: November 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, December 6th and 13th.
⏰ Times:
- 1:30 – 2:15 p.m. (Ages 4-5)
- 2:30 – 3:15 p.m. (Ages 6-7)
- 3:30 – 4:15 p.m. (4 and 5 years)
- 4:30 – 5:15 p.m. (6 and 7 years)
📄 Format: 6 weeks of 45-minute classes
💲 Fee: $85.00 for the full session
